BoomEssays’ shorter window does not make refunds impossible, but it reduces the time available to escalate a dispute.

The writer directory is another positive. BoomEssays publishes IDs, ratings, completed orders, status and subject filters. The pricing page also separates Standard, Premium (+25%) and Top 10 (+30%) writer levels. We can verify that these options are displayed; we cannot yet verify that the underlying credentials or quality differences match the marketing descriptions.

BoomEssays states that price is based on academic level, number of pages and deadline. The current calculator shows $12.99 per page as the starting figure and exposes deadline choices from two months all the way to three hours. This gives users a clearer sense of the urgency spectrum than websites that only say “fast delivery available.”

The extras are also visible. Premium writer level adds 25%, while Top 10 adds 30%. Advanced support costs $5.99 and Premium support $9.99. An originality report is $29.99, priority writer assignment $9.99, a draft adds 20%, and a one-page summary is $14.99. Those charges mean the headline price should be treated as the base configuration, not the expected total for a heavily upgraded order.

The discounts page advertises 15% for a first order, plus lifetime loyalty discounts of 5%, 10% and 15% after cumulative page thresholds. The Terms say a discount code applies only to orders of at least $25 and cannot be combined with another discount.

BoomEssays publishes a substantial writer directory

The writer page allows filtering by completed orders, customer rating and subject. Individual list entries show a writer ID, status, completed orders, orders in progress, rating and a long list of subjects. Customers can view profiles or click to hire a writer.

The homepage says all writers hold at least an undergraduate degree and have at least three years of experience, with some holding Master’s or PhD degrees. These claims are not independently verified in our Stage A audit. What we can verify is that the directory exists and exposes considerably more data than an anonymous writer-matching system.

Writer level is also monetised. The standard option is the best available specialist, while Premium and Top 10 levels add 25% and 30%. A preferred writer is not absolutely guaranteed: the money-back policy allows the company to assign another specialist if a requested writer is unavailable, with any preferred-writer feature compensation returned as account credit.

The BoomEssays order form is simple, but configuration can become expensive

The public process is straightforward: complete the order form, receive a writer assignment, communicate during production, review the delivered work and request changes if necessary. The Terms say the service re-checks order details after payment and may contact the customer if requirements do not match.

Changes that increase volume, urgency or complexity can require extra payment. Required sources should be supplied before writer assignment to protect the deadline. Large orders of at least $500 can be split into instalments, up to four parts under the current Terms, with delivery tied to the payment schedule.

Basic support is 24/7; more hands-on monitoring costs extra

BoomEssays says its standard customer support is available around the clock by phone and chat. The price page then sells two upgrades. Advanced support adds a team that provides order-progress updates and communicates with the writer, while Premium support adds a dedicated support agent and a quality-assurance specialist.

This is transparent because the difference between basic and paid service is visible before checkout. Whether the paid tiers deliver a meaningful performance improvement cannot be judged from the website alone. The two-month claim deadline is BoomEssays’ biggest policy weakness

BoomEssays provides free amendments within 14 days after order delivery when the requested changes match the original brief. Later revisions or new requirements can cost extra. This formal 14-day wording aligns with the homepage’s “14 day unlimited revisions” claim when “unlimited” is understood as the number of qualifying requests inside the window rather than unlimited time.

Cancellation before writer assignment can qualify for 100% compensation. After assignment, the maximum drops to 70%, and after more than half the deadline has passed it falls to 50%. For long-term orders of 14 days or more, late-delivery compensation is stated as 7%.

Quality claims are investigated and require detailed feedback. After a revision, compensation cannot exceed 70%. A Turnitin report is required for an unoriginality claim. Most importantly, the policy says compensation requests for 3-hour or 6-hour orders may be declined, and all compensation requests must be submitted within two months after completion.
